Which spectrometers are supported?
OSspectra supports Ocean Insight / Ocean Optics compatible USB spectrometers via USB OTG (Android), Raspberry Pi Gateway, or compatible wireless bridges. Please check the in-app device list for the latest supported models.
How does the free trial work?
OSspectra offers a 7-day free trial from first launch. After the trial, a one-time purchase of OSspectra Premium (Lifetime) is required to continue measuring, saving, and exporting spectra.
I purchased Premium but features are still locked
Tap "Restore Purchase" on the purchase screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
Troubleshooting
- Ensure your spectrometer is powered and connected.
- Verify your iOS/Android device and the spectrometer are on the same network when using Pi Gateway.
- Restart the app and try again.
- Update to the latest OSspectra version from the App Store or Google Play.
