This Privacy Policy describes how OPTOSIRIUS CORPORATION ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the OSspectra mobile application ("the App").
Information We Collect
We do not require you to create an account to use OSspectra. The App may collect the following types of information automatically:
- Crash and error reports: To improve stability, we collect crash logs and non-fatal errors via Firebase Crashlytics. This may include device model, OS version, app version, and anonymous identifiers.
- Connection diagnostics: When a spectrometer connection fails, we may log the connection method, device model, and error reason to help expand supported hardware.
- Purchase information: We use RevenueCat to verify in-app purchases and restore transactions. RevenueCat assigns an anonymous user ID and processes purchase receipts.
- Local network usage: The App uses your local network to discover and connect to the Raspberry Pi Gateway or compatible spectrometer bridges.
